ello, thank you very much. According to my understanding, the entire injured body is one unit. There is no separation. My method is circular movements thousands of times until the tension of the head, neck, arms, legs, and back is released, all circular movements thousands of times.

I found myself with a kg weight on my hand solving puzzles when standing my body is bent with rotational movements of the hand and rotational movements of the body and thank God it works we will emphasize subtle movements it is critical solving puzzles for many hours in front of a laptop and the body is bent forward to the computer screen

Elders suffere more from Stroke. We need to help them hugely. This is as per thousands years old Great Indian culture of Daya raham peace love mohabat and respect and care. Elders should be active and always on the move so as to lead happy healthy retired life

Hello, here we have to work on the nerve pathway starting from the neck down to the shoulder to the scapula. The scapula is the nerve center next to the leg and you need to release the hips in all directions. The addition of a 1 kg dumbbell will help in the overall process, in fact, all the CIRCULAR movements must be very delicate and delicate and this is what the nerves like delicate movements You won't believe it, I discovered that brushing your teeth and gently shaking your head up will successfully release the neck
