These are great. It's a total different stretch feeling. It's a tension relief

I do this while sitting at work with another chair ans it helps even in that form... Or while watching tv. Just wow how this reduced and removed my sciatic pain. Only tingling from time to time now

I'm gonna try it. My lower back is killing me right now. [edit] Tried it, excellent. It didn't completely alleviate the pain but it helped and didn't hurt to do it.

This awesome guys! Thank you! It's so complex. Do you have a video that breaks down each component of this exercise?

what is the difference between doing this ELDOA vs. dead hanging from a pull up bar for spinal decompression? does the ELDOA offer any specific or additional benefits to the lower back?

when I do the legs on the wall it feels good. i am self aware. but getting out of the position causes very sharp pain deep inside. it takes a while but i slowly get out of it as its impossible to get out quickly, the body needs to adjust. ive done it twice today smoked a doobie then started twisting my stretches in targeted positions and crack crack crack crack one after another. felt better like more loose. got greedy and did it a third time on the wall, felt good but serious pain getting out of the position again. any advice? is this normal? should i continue?

What if I have too much pain to get into this position? I’m really afraid to try this because I’m continually losing range of motion and when I do McKenzie, I have a very hard time getting up off of the floor. Also my hernia toon is growing with every cough, sneeze or gag. It’s very hard preventing this.

Can I do this if my L5-s1 disc is flared up causing current sciatic pain down into my foot? (It’s a 5 year old disc injury that I have aggravated, McKenzie extensions aren’t helping like they usually do). A straight leg raise past 30 degrees is extremely painful, if the benefit will outweigh the pain I can force myself into that position with a slight knee flex.

You can try this ELDOA with a bent leg. All the other cues remain the same.
