Changed my Int650 with AEW TE102 exhaust and couple with DNA air filter with 2nd stage kit ... let the ECU get used to the new change, start the engine let it idle for ~ 10 min. Throttle response good , pickup good ..sound wonderful ... i keep the db killer installed ... i like the sound .... riding experience superb ... love this exhaust .....

No good exhaust after 6 month and using it for more than 12000 kms superb avg drop out, now there are many dyno tested exhaust why ur installing this, very good knowledge person like you are installing this exhaust I'm surprised, one more thing this exhaust will do missfire above 4000 rpm

Great video Mate. There are loads of after market options for end cans but I hardly see anyone addressing the header pipes, other than custom builds. I want to fully de-cat for "Racing"😉😆! Apparently, the bike is losing several bhp from the header pipes, because the stock ones are double skinned & there is cat in them too. Are your AEW end cans straight though pipes or do they have cats in them? I'm guessing they do & it's the 101 that's a straight through, hence costing less.

Very interesting, and very glad to see those mufflers being made in India to. Do you have reprogram the fuel injection for the new exhaust mufflers? If so, did you use a plug and play device with an App and do it yourself or did you get your tuner to do it for you? Thank you for your video. On a side note, very few people l have seen changing their mufflers on the 650, realise that the stock exhaust contains a catalytic converter as part of its Euro 5 emissions compliance. People on the European continent are asking for trouble from the emissions police for removing the catalytic converters. This is one of the reasons that get very hot.

No mapping done yet keeping a watch on the RPM if any difference found will do the needful, my motorcycle is a BS4 I guess and yeah the situation is based on the locality I stay but have to make sure DB killers to be on on highway then the exhaust note is in control

This isnt like the other royal Enfields. Just like the superbikes,one has to upgrade the air filter and tune the ecu or remap or fit a piggy back ecu. Like you said,most people aren't aware of it.

@@arjunramachandran3864 Just changing the end cans, you can do no problem. All modern bikes have automatic ECU adjustment for things like atmospheric changes. If you start & idle for 10-15mins, without touching the throttle, should be ok. The Booster Plug is a good low level plug'n'play option to make your bike run smoother. However, if you change the header pipes etc, you'll have to fit a piggyback like the Powertronic.

AEW probably make the best exhausts you can by (for sound) for the Royal Enfield! BUT...... the single slot in the muffler that clamps to the end of the header pipe is terrible! Why can’t they just copy RE and make a 4 slot design that clamps better on to the header pipe? Excellent video, thanks.
