For anyone curious on how this setup sounds with a Y-pipe and duals over the axle, it sounds KILLER. Just had my local exhaust shop in Ohio do exactly that, all stainless including the HushPower. It sounds very deep with authority but NO drone or rasp. Highly recommend if you want some sound but nothing obnoxious. Idle sounds great, too. WOT doesn't cackle, it just rumbles. Thanks Exhaust Addicts for the knowledge! Glad I watched all your 5.3L vids to help me choose.

I think the Super HP2 is an under-utilized muffler for street cars.

Thank you, this video convinced me to choose hp2 for my 2002 ram 1500 5,9 magnum v8. After installing there was a very low 70hz drone at 1700 rpm. So we put a quarterwave resonator about 48" long tube, and it did solve the issue, fantastic sound!

Unlike a Flobasterd.. the HP-2 sounds amazing on a LOT of V6 applications.. the 4.3 GM in particular in S-10s and similar..especially without the cats..
