Hum isko UPS mode me nahi chalaye hai, so can't comment on that ... but normal mode per computer re-start ho jayega. For my desktops, I have additional UPS for each desktop - so no issues

It shows 13.4 which means that the cells are fully charged - while charging, it might go up a bit and once it is fully charged, it will come down to 13 something. If it is discharged, this count will be lower

No, a 12 Volts Inverter can only support 1 battery. For a 2 battery parallel connection, you need a 24 Volts inverter.

For deep discharge, it is best that you visit the shop from where you bought the inverter. They have heavy charging machine which will charge your battery - even if your own inverter fails to do that. But best to hurry, because the more you delay the difficult it becomes to charge it agian ...

Yes even I faced this issue. This inverter require c20 battery above 200AH not 150AH. It will degrade c10 battery very quickly.
