How to tackle if HR ask the name of organisation from where we got the offer? As you mentioned it’s not advised to tell them the name of new company.

Some companies go for exit interview. Many don't bother about it, especially the manufacturing & printing sector.

I have my exit interview[ hopefully] today, lets see.. WHen my manager asked about hike, it was 100% [the offer], manager outright said not possible..lol.. lets see what HR says.
