I have only installed two mulch kits and both of them were kinda the same. Scag had more parts and some really weird parts that mounted to spindle that I couldn't tell a difference with them on or off. I'm just hoping Exmark does just as well.

No I had to skip this year. My GIE money is this mulch kit, The Jack and mount you see in this video and one more big video i'm going to work on all day sunday. I guess I'm poor.

Looks like the front lip of the Exmark kit is way above the blade. I'm guessing you will see quite a bit of blow out unless the leading edge of the deck contains it?

I had a feeling after the install this was going to happen. It's crazy as I mulched a yard with tons of leaves today it was if they all come over the deck and landed where my feet are. Then my pants and boots covered in wet leaves. I It does cut grass and mulch it nice but once you get to leaves it's over. I think Exmark should rethink this over.

I cut the lift down on my exmark blades , helps with the BO and works better on wet grass . I probably cut shorter than most though so I don't need all that lift to stand up long grass.

I used the mulch blades and they didn't seem to blow out as much as gator G3 blades. Thanks for tip on cutting blades down.

Great vid. Can you post a vid of before and after? I don’t care for Instagram! Just a personal thing. Can you post a picture of the entire underside? Looks like each blade is completely enclosed.

Yes each blade is pretty much enclosed to it's own area.
