I love that Conan plays Jacksons. Jackson is the epitome of metal guitar. ESP and Ibanez and Schecter might be more popular with kids nowadays, but nothing beats a Jackson!

Saw him and his band live during an Amon Amarth concert. His music is great, he has got a lot of talent, and (to my surprise) has a personality just like mine. Seriously, looking at him on stage I never would I considered him to be the awkward introverted type.

I agree with him on the white guitars. Very cool looking. I would like to see more of the 2016 SL2 Pro Soloists. There is no video for them! It will be July soon. Shouldn't there be a video of the new finishes for the 2016 models? The factory pics are generic and don't really let you see them that well. I wish those came in white with the ebony fretboard.

What's the best route of study to play in his style I'm working on through the circle of fifths of the major scale with a metronome right now could some one give me more advice on what to study next

Learn the phrygian scale and dominant one. And try to use the tritones like Tony iommi and learn sweeping/ rythm

This is totally off but suddenly I find myself thinking of politics; Conan is a bit nervous akward whatever etc here but the job is guitar and he gets it done! Politicians by contrast speak so well and yet fuck all gets done. We need more Conans! Seen Ex many times they're great metal is great!
