In Obsession video they were actually fighting themselves ,their evil side X-Exo (their bad clones)thats what the video shows Actually EXO has a concept that they are from another planet, Exo planet, a planet out of our solar system ( EXO means outer) and each member has its own superpower,they are chased by the Red force ..all their Mvs are connected and have to do with this concept but its too complicated In this MV in the end shows that their planet cought fire , which means that their evil side won

As you see the present six members SUHO, BAEKHYUN, CHEN, CHANHYEOL, KAI and SEHUN have made a group comeback before their leader SUHO had to enlist which was July 14th 2020 following BAEKHYUN and CHANYEOL enlistments that was sometime this year; CHEN enlisted on October 26 2020. The more I watch it, the concept and lyrics gives me Lotto vibes along with Monster era feels about a "Man's obsession with his lover" but in reverse especially in the beginning when the voice echo says "I want ya, I want ya”. After listening to the digital album, I was obsessed with it before it even came out and I couldn't wait; it's this title track of EXO's 6th album with the same name ‘OBSESSION’. *The song brings trap bass blend with synth-wave & jazzy accapella influences similar to their 2018 track "Tempo" with a vocal refrain running throughout the song. Lyric-wise it comes as a warning toward an ex-lover or friend, corrupt media, especially SAESANGS and ANTIs to stay away avoiding entitlement which is a constant issue among the K-Pop community. The track was released with an MV that fits their album wide storyline as a whole, they are shown fighting Red Force clones of themselves (their inner selves) which don't seem to share the same superpowers as the members, let alone have the clones to respond back. The only three actually seen fighting are BAEKHYUN, CHANYEOL and SEHUN but the other three aren’t* #OBSESSION #EXO SUHO - Water BAEKHYUN - Light [Sun] CHEN - Lightning CHANYEOL - Fire [Phoenix] KAI - Teleport SEHUN - Wind (youngest) As you had found out there is ninth member named #LayZhang superpower is Unicorn [Healing] who is the only Chinese member of EXO and third oldest of the group that has not been able to fully be present for group promotions/activities because of the on-going lame political issues between China and Korea (Seriously, like what decade are we in people? Get over yourselves) but he constantly promotes EXO within his solo music and he low-key keeps in touch with his Korean brothers. He was able to make it to D.O’s enlistment ceremony to send him off and he virtually sent off his other brothers Xiumin (Oldest), SUHO and CHEN since LAY couldn’t be present. *Also, Xiumin (Frost [Snowflake]) and D.O (Earth [Force]) had returned from military last year; D.O is preparing to make his official solo debut to promote his first solo album ‘MIRROR’ probably some time this year. He had released a single track called “That’s Okay” and Xiumin also had released single track called "YOU" on the day of their enlistment.
