Fun fact, the choreographies of EXO always include empty spaces for the members that aren't there. That's why Sehun moves so far, cause 3 members are missing. There are times like at the ending poses you can see clearly the space that such member should have ( most often is Lay's place)

The Eve dance practice is top tier, but you havent seen Electric Kiss and Ooh La La La yet, it’s in the same class 😊 the depth of talent in Exo is insane… theyre all so clean and tight here so so good… and yet our clean and sharp dancing fairy aint even there, Xiumin, and two of our best isolators Lay and D.O. are missing… Exo could def be called dancing kings on top of vocal kings because damnnn

You know why you see Kpop idols in their dance practices wearing a lot of layers, and often what we would think of as street clothes, with heavy shoes, etc. instead of workout wear? One reason is because it helps build up endurance and it conditions their bodies to be able to dance on stage with their stage outfits and not be affected as much. (They don't wear gym clothes during a performance or concert. :D) Why it looks so effortless on stage and like they hardly even exert themselves or sweat sometimes, is because their body has become used to being dressed in layers as they work hard while wearing tight jeans and heavy shoes, etc. That is why they can perform for more than 3 hours straight and still look and sound, like they just started the concert. (It's the same reason why women who have to dance in heels will practice dancing in heels instead of tennis shoes, etc.) It's kind of like if you spend a lot of time in a sauna, after a while your body gets used to the heat and you can endure more heat for longer periods of time. :D Plus, Kpop dance studios are most often located in the basement of the company and the rooms aren't heated well, so depending on the time of year, the room can be very cold. "Obsession" was released at the end of November in 2019, so the weather was getting colder and the room may have been cold.

There's many exo songs with members missing, but Obsession is that one MV that I really really wish all members could've been in the MV to have their good and evil versions. It kills me that there was no X-D.O. X-Xiumin and X-Lay versions in that MV.

Xiumin actually has an evil X-EXO clone. He created his X-EXO clone for his Xiuweet Time fan meeting he held after he was discharged from the military. He really wished he was able to be a part of "Obsession", so he created his own X-EXO look and learned the song and choreography from the other members in order to perform it during his fan meeting, if you search for it you can find clips from his fan meeting where you can see what he looks like as X-EXO and see him performing the song with backup dancers in place of the other EXO members.

Although D.O. and Xiumin were not part of "Obsession" because they were in the military during this time -- and of course, Lay was unable to participate -- if you want to see Xiumin performing the song and see what his X-EXO clone looks like, you should check out a clip from his Xiuweet Time fan meeting he held after he was discharged from the military. I love every member of EXO but if Baekhyun is present, my eyes are glued on him, I think people are just normally like that with their bias even if they adore every member. The eyes want what they want lmao Btw, your EXO Saturdays are the highlight of the end of my week. I look forward to it every weekend. Even when I'm busy and among friends or family, I have to make time to watch at least one video and will watch all of them once I'm at home or when everyone has left 😂

I think it's obvious why people notice Jongin during first time but Lay and Srhun always come close second during dance practice. I personally always notice Sehun, Xiumin, Chen and Baekhyun a lot during dance practice.

I think the song you're talking about where kai makes a similar move, i think is in lotto, but that's in some of the live stages. They said obsession is really hard to dance to because they have to him all the beats and they're really fast
