Cool, in the description it says for smaller animals. However, how big exactly is this tank? For anyone wondering apparently the light in the cage is LED. I don't know if the LED can be replaced so ideally this would be a habitat for animals with no big lighting requirements. I'd get one but I wish there some more info on the size of this tank.

Are the LEDs able to support live plants?

headfangs probably not

***** lol that's what I assume too. So far no website I've asked can tell me if it does. Oh well, hopefully the reptile community finds a way of modding it soon.

+headfangs I've set up a few of these enclosures now and I can confirm that yes you can keep and grow live plants and mosses in them.

I just got a fire belly toad for my bday, his tank is maybe 1 gallon. Should I buy this tank for my fire belly toad?

@Jacob Schwarz I know this entire thread is like 2 years old, but your comment is only a month old. You shouldn't release wild caught animals just because they're wild caught. You know nothing about where this guy lives and he could be introducing an invasive species into his surroundings which has devastating effects. NEVER release a captive animal. Wild caught or not. Just do not buy wild caught animals. However if you learn that an animal is wild caught and you've come to own it. It's best to keep it and learn from your mistake. Again, NEVER release a captive animal. Even if it is going to be released back where it came from, it needs to be given to a rehabilitation center (or not at all, just care for it) because it likely has become conditioned to a captive lifestyle where food and safety are a given, and it may likely just die if released willy nilly.

What if we rotate it?
@headfangs9 жыл бұрын
Ryan Villella It would be okay for a baby crested gecko temporarily, but a juvenile or adult would need a much bigger and taller tank.
