Unbelievable the lack of customer service. Have been calling for over a month one to two times a week with no response trying to get to cameras working has nothing to do with the update. Update has worked fantastic all are on their app now but other problems. They seem to have time to do their marketing make their podcast but cannot return a phone call and I have over 15 cameras so frustrating Makes me realize I need to stick with Spartan and covert because answer their phones and help their customers during the peak of deer hunting season which exodus does not. Unbelievably they still are selling cameras on their website. How can they do that when they can’t even service the loyal customers who have bought cameras in the past.

To switch to the Exodus app it needs a new SIM card.

The migration is switching the mobile platform to The Exodus App. The cameras will no longer be compatible with SCOUTEK once the SIM cards are replaced and the new firmware update is complete
