Passionfruit and Tamarind juices are my favorite in DR. Soursop is really good in smoothies; it tastes like candy to me. My husband got me some kind of brown zapote that tasted kind of like chocolate; it was very interesting. And jagua makes a refreshing drink! I look forward to going back and having more of nature's goodness.

Norberis, there is something else that I heard about the fruits and vegetables in DR, it’s that they are all natural and are not GMO. Friends of mine who have traveled back and forth to DR over the years, have told me how all of the food tastes so much different than those from the states. They said even the chicken wings are smaller, because they’re not being pumped full of steroids. You and your family have very nice skin. I’m sure that has to do with all the fresh food you all are eating, coupled with the Sun. I continue to enjoy your videos. ¡Dios te bendiga!

Yes this is true. They don't inject the foods here to make them bigger. And yes the chicken wings are smaller the way we like them.

Chinola is so delicious. In South Florida it's almost impossible to find it fresh so I drink as much chinola juice as I can when I'm in the DR! As always, great video. 🙂

Yes it is hard to find. I remember when we lived in Fort Lauderdale I probably seen chinola 2 or 3 times in the 5 years we were there. And they were not quality either and exoensive😅
