I have a 24 hour layover there next week. Im going to start at the louvre, check out the abrahamic family house, take a taxi and go see the Sheik Zayed Grand Mosque. After that Ill take a taxi to the corniche and just waltz through the city

I have been to Abu Dhabi a few times and love the city a lot. The masjid is simply awesome but the corniche is very nice especially at night. Emirates Palace and the Etihad Towers are good too

I love your itinerary, Sheikh Zayed grand Mosque, I admire its beauty and wanna learn about Islamic art and culture. Etihad Towers is amazing too, aside from its gleaming skyscrapers i want to experience the upscale amenities, fine dining restaurants, and luxurious accommodations offered within the complex. The other recommended places are also good but this two really captures my attention, gonna visit Abu Dhabi someday.
