I heard the high season in Puerto Rico is from mid-December to mid-April, when the weather is mildest and there's the least amount of rainfall. So many options to choose from, Culebra for white-sand beaches and swimming, or Vieques Island for snorkeling. Definitely would try visit El Morro the historic fortress with views of the Atlantic Ocean and a maze of tunnels, barracks, and prison cells.
