It's essentially a shed or a large construction trailer. They have one with three rooms on the side which would be good for that. Plans room, office, saftey office, and break room. Osha would probably have something to say about it though. Also there's no HVAC.

An excellent design with many possible uses. It all hinges on price, quality and structural strength. China has a solid long-standing reputation for manufacturing poor quality products. Proof of consistency in quality and suitability-for-use is critical. Otherwise ANY price is too high. What are the materials used, manufacturing and assembly tolerances, and final fit-and-finish ? External tie-down methods/points ? Materials need to be long-term resistant to typical extremes of weather conditions outside, and environment inside. Ditto for mould and insect resistance ? Air-and-water integrity/resistance ? Structural strength (snow loads). Insulation value = cost of heating or cooling. Do not underestimate the cost of plumbing and electrics, specially if you cannot DIY. Any domestic or lone-standing office application will require a shower, wash basin, toilet and a suitable kitchen(ette). I hope they got it right, because the idea is very clever and could help a lot of customers. BTW - I wish more Chinese companies would invest in native-English writers (product documentation) and presenters, when they target English-language Western markets. If not, they need a drastic improvement in English language education for Chinese writers/presenters. If China could improve their manufacturing results and quality image, while maintaining competitive pricing and also improving their level of foreign communications, they would be hard to beat at any commercial level.

This is so well written & China please take note. Everything in this post is excellently put. The quality of all Chinese products is a very real issue. Bring up your quality standards to match European standards & you will be hard to beat, but at this moment in time for me, no thankyou. You may try having a slopeing roof on this product as flat rooves are a real turn off.

The video shows thrm just snapping everything into place as they set up. What about high winds? I'd like to see a fully detailed setup video showing how walks and ceiling are connected and sealed as well as the kitchen and lights being installed. Not knocking the idea of having one but would like to see the entire setup process from unboxing to final. Buy a few acres somewhere and make a vacation cabin.

If importing, make sure they are electric compliant. They seem to include the fitted plug with a female connection and not the other way around. They do not do a Quality control on anything. We had power points and lights not wired up correctly and also screws through a water pipe. Also the hot and cold water connections are not suitable for new zealand. Plumbers have trouble with the fittings. They need to be threaded as it's a guessing game. Sort this out when you order. Also make sure it comes with a roof. We are having to retrofit but could have been easier. Another thing they are cold, i mean really cold. invest in a good heating system, If you plan to make money by importing them, purchase 3 plus their subsequent 3 axle trailers. It all fits inside 2 x 12m containers. You'll make enough to pay for the shipping of your own with some spare change when you sell the others.

Very low insulation rating, cost way too much, container is not air tight. You will freeze your ass off or sweat your ass off if you live in one of these, cause they are impossible to heat and cool.
