Great sir but you take extra care with applying you can apply EPDM on loose laid system you reduce your cost. And you apply epoxy so far from joints you can only take 50 to 75mm both side near expansion joint. And lots of changes which is efective and cost reduced.but your application quality is top class.

Life depends on many factors i.e quality of material its application and precision of work supervised etc. But generally it life last for more than 30 years in norms and yes it can be refilled easily in case if requried.

Backarod to be fixed once or twice? Primer should be applied only on both edges of concrete or on backer rod also? What is bond breaker on backar rod? In place of Epdm roll , will it be more economical to use APP roll? These are my doubts if u find time then u Kindly answer them to help me.

1. Apply once to serve the purpose. 2. Yes apply grout/primer on the both edge properly. 3. APP can also be used since we have to provied a G.I sheet over it we can compromise that.
