They need to expand Ogle too now that LIAT is going to soon get back in service with jets Eugene F Corriea int needs a longer runway and bigger terminal.

It may be the National Industrial and Commercial investments limited NICIL which is the government investment fund which was created from the divestment and sale of national assets during the period of privatization, but I will verify.
