Very cool, I prefer AC, hot water, nice bathrooms and a back up generator (you can control that) I live in San Juan lot of back packers at 60 not my way of life - kind of like a throw back from 1960 -No bathroom tour.

Wonderful plan, the way living: simply, around the natures, rivers, and living with solar-panels at home ( I hope, it's safe for a single woman to do that in Nicaragua). But everything explaining in your video is amazing!… wounderful idea!… CONGRATS!!… Lyn* ( for your new book 📚) 🇳🇮👏👏👏

It sure is a lot of a heck safer than the USA! Especially now that the Demonrats have released and pardoned thousands of convicted felons and allowing the worst elements to come into the USA illegally.

I didnt think about hurricanes, how did you survive, were houses destroyed? how often does this happen
@nicaraguabienesraices3 жыл бұрын
A few areas where hit hard, but well constructed homes survived.

If you live in the pacific coast of Nicaragua you are safe from Hurricanes unless you live in the caribbean coast of the country where they take the blunt of those storms the strongest of the wind impacts but by the time hurricanes make it to the pacific cities they have weaken to tropical storms and become rainy events just watch out for floodings

How much does the security guard cost to have on property full time?
@nicaraguabienesraices2 жыл бұрын
On average I would say US$10 to 15 per day all depends on extras and if guard lives one site, etc. Best guard I have is 6 property dogs

Hello, thank you for the video. Can you comment on the safety during the pandemic? Not the actual virus but have heard no tourism equals high crime. I'm wondering if that is true in the beach towns such as SJDS or others? Thanks for any info!
@nicaraguabienesraices3 жыл бұрын
Rebecca thanks for your comment and question. Here are a few items that might help kzbin.info/www/bejne/jniZaX-JaNKAjZY also there is a group on FB to help those that wish to travel to Nicaragua facebook.com/groups/357866422221528 Personally we feel safer here why our living style is very different ie open living with restaurants in open air. WHen we meet in office we take all precuations. Safety in itself we have seen more petty crimes or crime of opportunity. we have one person that travels with her RV in NIcaragua and feels very safe. We now of several single ladies living alone and have heard no issues, except they are very happy with thier decision where they live.
