I thoroughly enjoyed this interview... many of the things she addressed are fascinating... it's aspirational for most of us. My favorite part was her honest opinion and perspective regarding SAFETY. Many people fail to understand how a poor country could be safe, and in Nicaragua's case the safest. Saludos 🤠🤙🏻

What an awesome life she has. I'd like to ask a question that comes to my mind every time I see photos /videos of Nica in dry season: do you get any bush fires if it is so dry? Here in Australia this is a constant threat in rural areas.

A few more interviews like that (also explaining how bank accounts are set up) explaining how they side-stepped all the harassing restrictions to get there, and brought their pets there without hassle, would turn me into a believer and probably a customer. Also does she speak Spanish?
@nicaraguabienesraices3 жыл бұрын
Emily the people that come here either come via Costa Rica, or El Salvador or direct to MGA. Like many countries Nicaragua requires covid testing 72 hours, most get it tested in MIA before onward travel. Bringing pets has been still possible, best to check with Avianca prior to booking. But pets do need paperwork. I will do a Vet pet interview about this subject in the next few weeks. Banking is changing becuase of additional regulations, but so far most of our clients that ask get a bank account with our help at Lafise.

I don't know what planet I'm living on here in Washington State knowing some of the VIOLENT history of Nicaragua & a friends account of growing in terror there. I don't see a single positive thing regarding violence when doing a Duck Duck Go search for "how safe is Nicaragua for Americans". What am I missing here?
@nicaraguabienesraices2 жыл бұрын
What you are missing is you are looking at data from 3rd parties come to Nicaragua and you will see we are the safety country in Central América! MORE Nicaraguans are moving home so far 9 deals this year to returning Nicaraguans that do not want to live in USA
