This is great advice. Our organization used to worry about what would happen if an emergency took place. Now we have an emergency plan. Every month on the 2nd Wednesday we have an emergency. Fires,floods,chemical spills, terrorist attacks, the works. You never know what the boys in emergency planning will cook up. They are quite inventive.

I used to work for kuehne and Nagel and was constantly requesting emergency procedure practise... apparently it was never the right time! Two people were seriously injured in the 4 years I worked there with no fire drill or injury practise

"The testing of the emergency plan is a key element to the success of the emergency".... I could be wrong, but I don't think you would want an emergency to be successful. 🤔
