The office ladies covered this in their podcast: The cigarette that Dwight smoked to start the fire was real but fake fire. The camera man falling was totally on accident and it made it in. Angela and Oscar both had stunt doubles. They used a fake cat to throw into the ceiling and when they dropped the real cat down both cats fell but the camera only caught one. 😂 When Michael put his wallet in Stanley’s mouth was improvised by Steve.

@420 hollow if you jump from a window with the legs together and vertically it's very likely you would survive, specially considering that their office is on the 2nd floor, so it's not a bad idea at all to jump. If you have a very fluffly thing you could try to jump sitting on it. The maximum that would happen would be serious injuries on your butt or on your legs, but if it's a real emergency it's a risk you should take.
