I think some technonolgies like data link should be assigned to private companies infosys or tcs. It's very unlikely that a state owned body can do all that research by itself. Very nice video and great information. My take on AMCA mk1 is 1. GaN based AESA radar. Work in progress, almost nearing completion. 2. PESA radar panels on sides, belly and top. This will be done for super Sukhois, too. 3. Use of AI in choosing weapons, locating targets and preferences of targets. 4. AI voice command. This being done for all other ACs, too. Includes SS. 5. AI in control of wing man drones and pilots less take off and landings. 6. AI for data fusion in creating 3D pictures. 7. Very capable and fast super computer. This will be incorporsted for all LCA mk s, TEDBF and SS. This all technology you will find in AMCA Mk1 itself. AMCA Mk2 will have 1. Adaptive cycle engine. 2. Next gen AESA radars with some photo optonics features. Work in progress. 3. Faster data data links based on quantum data transfers. Work in progress. 4. Direct energy weapons, 5. These agencies should create Phd positions for the projects like situational awareness system for AMCA 5.5. All the tech currently exists and west is trying to implement this tech in the field. For example, Norway launched an autonomous ship program which have 20+ Phd vacancies to develop different parts of the project and within 10 years they will have a fully implemented system. And the best part is many Indians are working in such places. I never find such Phd vacancies for such awesome projects in our country.

Our 50 year old jets had to face off against their F16s . While it's a country 10 times with weaker economy. We were caught lacking in every front. @@AmongUs-qt3uo wh why i know usa have influence on europe a lot except france and som other, but i believe ej 200 is with thrust vectoring is best, hig thrust, less weigth and dimension from french counterpart and best feture thrust vectoring, and last and most important reliability, though m88 version 4 can be considered too
