Remember this though, don't play just to get an Aussie, Play for fun, not for gambling, If you really want an Aussie, I *strongly* recommend you buying one from others, "What about the golden pan?" Here's a tip, find a job that pays you decently, save 5-10% of the money you saved, and after a long time, once you reach 5k USD, you can buy the pan.

MvM is less risky than unboxing crates But it will take time and stress, so, MvM isn't that great in terms of profit, you only play for fun than looking for profit

if by less risky you mean less likely to give you the feeling of instant reward, then yeah sure. A quick remind; unboxing a unu is 0.5 % compared to 2% australium drop rate

I went 154 tours without australium, its not worth it, dont gamble kids the mode itself cool tho, i play mainly for the fun of it (and hope to get a golden pan some day..)

What if i dont play MVM and instead buy your non-australium drops aftermarket for less money. Its like outsourcing the time of playing MVM to other people who want to give up thier less desireable drops to buy tickets and keep playing. Depends if your goal is playing vidya or making money.

I've heard people in the community say that Steel trap has a higher chance of dropping Aussies (to compensate for the 6 tickets per tour). Sounds like cope and I'm not sure if its true at all but might be worth looking into. Excellent video and visuals.

What would the expected return value be if you are in a full 6-people party and everyone has a squad surplus voucher? I know everyone says it's a huge scam but the wiki does say it has a "small chance" of dropping an MVM-exclusive cosmetic item

As far as I can tell, it's very much not worth it. I'm assuming all the exclusive-cosmetics are just the robot hats that are basically craft-hats (worth around 1.33 refined). Even if you got the hat every time it wouldn't be worth it, since that would be about the same price as a single Battle-Worn part. I don't recommend using the squad surplus at all!

At first there wasn't australiums at all, so every tour only gave regular unique weapons and a botkiller at the end. Then 2cities got released and originally only that tour had a chance of dropping it, then like a few months later valve desided to make australiums and golden pan to drop from any advanced to expert difficulty tour, thus leaving oil spill to rot

People cheat with bots in mvm. 99% of them Que in full parties, so the chances of running into them are very low, but they exist. However, they don’t cheat expecting to profit, they cheat hoping to. They’re gambling addicts who want a faster pull of the slot machine lever
