You were lucky wit the boat. I have been in much stronger seas with a captain on an omotorboat, of which the engine stopped every 1/2 hour, and the skipper was popping nitroglycerin pills. I was 14 in the back, stirring the tiller. God took care of us, and then I am sure. Continued blessings to you all ❤

In the Spring time remember to pressure wash the floorboard of your boat it’s pretty dirty. A mop will not remove the dirt. I’ve been on several boats in my lifetime and it cleans up the floor better by pressure washing.

I forgot the plug one time too in our wake boat. Fortunately, I didn't have anything on the floor and the bilge pump along with keeping it on plane kept the water out until I could get the plug in... Although, being by myself and trying to drive at planing speed while putting the plug in was interesting. What a great adventure you had, way to go dad! Those Pacific white-sided porpoises though 🐬 It is so cool that you don't let the cooler weather curtail your fun 👊

Happy Birthday boys (young men) Joas what calibers of rifle do you all shoot? Looks like you have lots of gear for sure! Been in the ocean with waves a lot larger that that and scary is another question. When the 220hp diesel powered out climbing the swells it’s time to get off the ocean. Friend and I were fishing halibut 24 miles off shore 1000’ fishing boat would completely disappear in swells wasn’t much fun. Was never so happy to be back on land!
