interesting, I was flying SWISS Shanghai PVG - Zürich last week in BC also in 777/300ER and got a different amenity kit. The one in the metal tin box with victorinox design/branding. Different to the one from the video, but same content inside. Did they change it recently?

I flew JFK - ZRH - DXB business earlier this year. Average Business class service Comparing to TK, QR and EK which I have flown before.

What a pity. So well filmed...but the same music blingbling again and again and again..stopped watching when you arrived in the cabin...like so often..less can be more..why not the original sounds???

Hello Robert, Thanks for watching and supporting the channel! Actually no, they didn't serve hot towels. You can see the Diner Menu in detail at 11:07. Our Appetizers where: 1) Slow cooked Beef terrine with horseradish mousse, garden cress cream and Granny Smith apple chutney. 2) Tomato with buffalo mozzarella and toasted pine nuts. Main Meal was: 1) Chicken Curry Casimir. 2) Pikeperch Filet and King Prawn with lobster bisque Sauce Potatoes, zucchini spaghetti and Taggiasca olives. Peace, LOVE & Happines!
