Dont use these crap cable ? Use original Dlink cable UTP or STP 100% copper 23 awg cable you will get 90% of the spped in after 300m. The cable you used is CCA ( copper coated aluminium) thats why so low speed ! These cables costs just 30 % percent of what original d link 23 awg copper costs

Cable should be original quality like dlink cat5e or cat6 4pair with straight color coding, gigabit router and gigabit network switch should be used. Network should be cable from jio router to your own gigabit router and then from gigabit router to 70 meter cable then gigabit switch to 70 meter connection and then again gigabit switch to 70 meter and so on..... You might have missed something here hence didn't got full speeds.
