Thank you!!! I fell off of a car when I was 17 and was in a coma with the swollen head for well over a week. I've had two other minor concussions since then. I'm 58 years old at this time and never think about how my TBI might have affected my ADHD and mental health.

You’re very welcome, Tristine! I’m so glad to hear from you, and I’m truly sorry you went through such a horrible experience. It’s completely understandable that you wouldn’t automatically connect past TBIs with mental health and ADHD symptoms, but research suggests that brain injuries can have long-term effects on cognition, mood regulation, and executive functioning. Given your history, it makes sense to explore how these experiences may have shaped your mental health journey. Please remember that you can find more in-depth information and resources on all things mental health at DocSnipes.com/Clones. Wishing you continued healing and insight on your journey!

Thank you. Excellent as always! Every doc should have to watch your videos. You know not just the conditions and symptoms so well, but how exactly they relate inward to the patient. Outstanding, thank you for helping push the needle forward.

Youre awesome. I got a brain injury from getting stomped. Broke my face and they had to put in back together.

Nice advice, in the military and first responders world, there are many chances of getting a TBI or concussion 🤕. Thank you Doc for sharing 👏🏼🤗🙏🏻😊

Yes. My husband and grandfather were a deputies and I have many Soldiers in my family as well. Not only do they face external Tbi threats, but the rate of hypertension and aneurysm is much higher in that population. :/
