Buyers are still buying condos after all the craziness with insurnace premiums going up, wild assessments and new inspections but they better ask lots of questions first. After my condo crisis video went viral I had thousands of comments and many of were from people who wanted to buy a condo in Florida but decided after watching my video that there would not.
