Fillet is a huge waste of meat idk why people do it that way.

@@kawa1755 in some cooking instances... such as "fish and chips" it would be better to take the bones out... would you enjoy going to a restaurant and ordering fish and chips.. then have to pull bones out of your mouth or rip the pieces apart to get the bones out before having a bite? Ew. You enjoy it the way you like and I shall do the same! Happy fishing! :)
