Great explanation of the new changes. Thanks for the continued education. It looks like the UK is slowly going back to their model in the 70's and 80's where they only allow two foreign players in a squad, thereby allowing more English players to sign contracts and play. With all their attempts thus far, England has yet to win the WC since the controversial 1966 world cup win as the host of the tournament
