7:13, "the following aircraft are not authorized and will be disabled" : OV-10A BRONCO. I followed all the steps, when I pressed the enable button on OvGME and it didn't show up in the Mods folder (Saved games > DCS world open beta > Mods), I knew it was a red flag. low and behold when I open the game it isn't working...

So even for DCS steam edition, you just create a mod folder when you don't have one?

Yo can u help me please so I installed the f22 mod have everything everything works but It doesn’t pop up as a plane I can use in mission editor there is so choice for me to pick the f22 and other mods don’t pop up in aircraft either does anyone know how I can fix it

whenever It asks if ovgme wants to make changes to your device It saysit comes from a unknown publisher this means it could contain a virus. is this true? is it safe?

Hi grim I wanna install mods but in save games I am unable to find mods folder in save games but when I put the mod in main file mod then it says mod not authorised and it disables it so please help me.

Hi Cap, or should I call you SOOOPER CAAAP !!!. I have a problem with the A4 community skyhawk download, which is that I have it downloaded and it even shows up as 'installed' in DCS module manager but it isnt listed anywhere else that I can find so I cant access it. Any ideas? I think I may try this OVGME thingy but if i dont need to and i am overlooking something silly that would be better , i have my hands full with the aircraft i already have and am trying to learn and being an old boy not very PC literate its a bit confusing. Yesterday i ended up sitting in my seat with my pants on my head my feet in a bowl of water and the rudder pedals in the bath ! Like I said, a bit confusing !

@@grimreapers Yes mate, I just can't work it out. Shows up as installed but when I go to any other page like training or missions it's not listed. I mean I have uninstalled it and done a complete fresh download but still no joy. It's not as though I don't have anything else to keep me going, (I think I have 7 aircraft I haven't touched yet not including Fc3), but I have always liked the A4, it is so small but can do so much.

@@grimreapers Thanks for the reply! The problem has been solved, i.e. I had mistakingly also placed the mod files in the game's directory in addition to the Saved Games' DCS mods' folder. Awesome videos BTW! Keep up the good work Grim Reapers!

What are your favorite mods for DCS. I like the sim as it is but sometimes a MOD can (sound mod etc) can make it even better. Hard to believe. I'm amazed every time I fire it up. Thanks for the video. Thats a great tool. Nice to know you can get it back to stock version if you find a mod messes things up after you've dumped it into all your DCS files.

Hey Rossco. I'm not a mod guy. All I have is A-4E. I find mods a massive PITA TBH.

Grim reapers . I agree. PITA lol. Good program(OVGME) to keep things sorted though if you want to try something. Games/sims like Arma3 would be sunk without mod community but DCS is different animal.

Other than the A4 Mod featured, Moltar's Mod Pack - Probably the most known/used Mod? forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=195640 You can find more mods here forums.eagle.ru/forumdisplay.php?f=110 GR don't currently use mods - mods i've in the past have mostly been cockpit textures and sound mods.

Just go to "This PC" (if you're on Windows 10) or "Computer" (if on Windows 7/8 I believe), select the drive that you want to rename and press F2. Type in the new name and press Enter. Done.

Right click on the startup menu > Disk Management> Your Drive Letter (C,D,F) then click on it> Right click on it > Propities > then change the name.

I'm pretty sure you added a bunch of unnecessary steps. That directory you made "A4">etc. makes no sense at all. Very confusing. If you plan a tutorial video you should maybe put some time into thinking it through first. My two cents anyway.
