In this video I talk about what I've been dealing with regarding depression, anxiety, and physical debilitation over the last couple of years.
More than that I talk about how that has affected me and those around me from a personal and professional sense. Physical and mental illness doesn't just affect those afflicted by it directly. Their friends, family, and the people they work with can be affected by it as well.

What you said about how many times you have to say sorry and the need for more empathy in the day than other people might require and that being a hard thing to communicate, letting companies down, all well said, you're not alone there. You did make sense throughout.

I can so relate! I've been battling depression my entire life, but the last few years it became crippling, literally I was bedridden and never left the house.. Add to that the daily abuse my husband was heaping on, and you've got the perfect storm. I left him a year ago and working hard to get my health and sanity back. I just found a video that perfectly describes and dissects clinical depression. Stanford's Robert Sopolsky on Depression. If you've got an hour, that video is very validating and informative. Depression isn't just a mood that we can't deal with. It's an actual physiological disease, like diabetes. Hugs, XX♡

I don't know if you remember me or not, but I wanted to say, with the exception of the suicidal thinking, you just completely spoke for me. I would like to share this video on my page, but only with your permission. Keeping you in my prayers.

Hi Patty! Can you refresh my memory as to where I would know you from? Your name sounds familiar but after everything that happen to me in 2016, there's a fair amount that is pretty hazy for me. That being said, I would be honored if you would like to share my video. I've had others who have asked me the same thing for the same reasons and if I can help others get their feelings out, then I'm happy to help when I can :)
