I’ve been watching your videos for some time. I’m a retired lawyer. At 16, i fractured T 567 in 1970 & was paralyzed. Recovered. But, in 1991 had a/p instrumentation and fusion t2-t11. Great result since it fixed severe kyphosis. Was fine until the last 5 -10 years when developed weakness in legs. Had mri of neck, lumbar & thoracic and nerve conduction study in 2019 and CT of thoracic in 2023 and the thought was I had L5 s1 issue which caused left knee pain/buckling even though mri of left knee looked fine. They thought that outer left knee/outer calf numbness/ foot neuropathy was caused by L5 s1. But in the last few months in 2024 I have. developed severe spasticity on left side from hip which has pulled my left hip down a few inches and which also seems to have been caused by involuntary severe left hip and leg flexor spasms which are followed by strong extensor spasms in both legs that are very painful. The 2023 CT of thoracic shows little because of prior instrumentation. Over this period, I’ve gone from a cane to a walker and now to a wheelchair. One neurosurgeon currently thinks motor function loss is due to T11 or T12 which would be at about the end of the 1991 instrumentation hardware that could not be seen on the recent CT scan. Now waiting for report of a myelogram last week to view spinal cord. Unfortunately, the surgeons I had years ago are no longer here and it seems everyone now claims to do spine surgery . Are you ever available to do a consultation? Hope you can reply soon:) Thanks in advance for any guidance you can offer.

What about stroke , can it cause sciatica, trendenburg hip, tight hamstring, stiff foot on on side?

I have had spine surgery in the past L2 3, L3 4, L4 5. Feraminal stinosis. I can only walk for 15 or 20 minutes before my thighs will get numb and i must sit down. As soon as i sit i feel the tingling in my thighs. What is still wrong with my spine ??? .

If you take too many NSAID's for the pain without gastroprotective medication it may lead to the formation of ulcers (stomach issue)

Yes l do take prescriptions medication 💊 for my stomach pain as-well. Thank you

Yeah ok but if the patient DONT want to do any modification to his lifestyle? He wants todo sports etc.... we see many young patients with pain also... your guidelines dont help him... I would sugest endoscopic laser repair of the disk.... 😁😁 Btw I think that picture is wrong... there is a tear at the annulus fibrosus... if you debride that tear with the laser it can heal itself...
