This is excellent! I thought the style of communication that you used was a fantastic dynamic between questions and answers. The outside perspective that you were explaing to had the chance to voice their objections or misunderstandings which your viewers might think and that allowed you to directly respond to them! 10 out of 10 loved it 😁👍

Coming from your Value Proposition Model Video. Thanks for the suggestion! This one is a great primer and I think should I should get my hands on this book too. I'm actually trying to apply Business Model Canvas and Value Proposition Canvas for a UX Design assignment and trying to research and apply to the local transit public company of my city. Interested in exploring how these two canvases can be applied in the public sector too.

You’re welcome Sundeep. I recommend starting with Value Proposition Design and maybe moving on to Testing Business Ideas after that. Business Model Generation is great but quite old now. Loved it mate. Would love to see business model Mondays added to your channel where you dissect business models and place them onto your Canvas. You could make any changes you think are necessary then get us lot to comment, like and share after we've added our own thoughts. I've googled it and you'd be the first to have a go. (could even bring old companies who failed to pivot back into life to see where they went wrong by today's standards. Loved this mate please consider the above I'd never miss an episode. 👍

Business model getting expired means we as a business are unable to extract the price for the product or services what we deliver. If we cannot raise or maintain prices, disruption is going to set in.
