I noticed the importance of haste in labyrinth tbh - enemies get destroyed with enough haste buffs/relics.

But does haste actually reduce the cooldown of skills? The tooltip says "skill frequency", which makes me believe that's the case. But so many things in this game aren't explained very thoroughly or have bad localization. Especially the part where haste talks about animations. Like, if haste affects attack animations, does that mean there's an attack speed cap that can't be passed without high enough haste? So you can only attack as fast as the animation allows?

Hey Zeebo! Great video! I have a question: is turn order based on the haste + attack speed (to generate energy to ULT) that you can view in the character information portion? I am trying to figure this out to speed tune my arena teams, or is it just haste by itself. Mahalo!
