I think you should flag that Rob Lucci MUST remove 3 cards from your trash for his ability to activate. The number of times I've seen players try to play Rob Lucci with no cards in trash is too high!
@AwakenedTCG10 ай бұрын
Yea good observation, when you cycle every turn it’s almost like you forgot that’s even a pre requisite to use the effect. but yes you definitely need 3 in trash to use the lucci effect!

there hasnt been a T0 in one piece yet. Each set had their best leader. just because most decks have problems into it doesnt make it T0. I spent most of set 2,3,and 4 playing black. IMO katakuri is T0 based on what i play but that isnt true. just because a deck is good and has good matchups doesnt make it unbeatable outside the mirror lmao

I still think queen does it better, better removal with yellow and blue and life manipulation

As a queen player the significantly stronger mid game and greater flexibility of sakazuki puts it ahead and the free draw discard is just the cherry on top

Hound blaze and Rebecca are the real problem cards in the deck. They give the deck far too much staying power and versatility. Ban those and i really dont see anything else in the deck being hugely problematic.
@nftw959 ай бұрын
And that makes the deck almost unplayable. You literally want 2 main cards removed.

Rebecca should’ve required 15 card in trash to use her 2nd effect like with most Dressrosa cards. And Lucci should require like 5 cards to be returned instead of 3.

It’s not Tier 0. Newgate is over here. Lol top of Tier 1, and Kata has a good match up into him. So honestly he’s Tier 1 prolly top of Tier 1.
@Lessonius10 ай бұрын
If this was even remotely true (regarding Kata matchup) Saka wouldn't have dominated 05 meta at all (+ no promo Zoro here, which makes it even worse).
@tcgdiscussions241310 ай бұрын
@@Lessonius there is a chart that shows Japanese meta says Kata is favored 6-4 so…. You just have to realize we play the game differently here than there and are willing to play old decks until they die. So their meta needs to be taken with a grain of salt, because not only is it a powerful deck, it’s extremely played here.
@Lessonius10 ай бұрын
@@tcgdiscussions2413 What some chart somewhere says and what the tops and actual wins say is probably more reliable - I'd be more inclined to believe ACTUAL results, which speak for themselves instead of hypotheticals, which clearly didn't translate - Saka is in a league of his own in a place where Kata has access to a 4-of that we don't yet. The only thing that will change this here is a limit to a vital 4-of in Saka. You can't consistently trigger-sack, but you can consistently dominate when your deck simply has consistent, reliable answers to everything any deck can muster, with close to 0 luck reliance.

I have not watched the video but am surprised it is 16 mintues long. You can explain why he is strong in just a few sentences. "He has 2 good abilities, neither of which require a specific archetype or strategy to function. His first ability grants powerful card selection that allows you to exchange bricks for gas and curve out more consistently. Blue and Black are a color pair that synergize well together." I don't think it is any more complicated than that, he is just a solid generic leader in a good color pairing... I don't even think I would describe him as broken, hes just good.
