Great video for Saka starters! As a player in Asia hear me out - building Saka in the western meta starting now would be very worth it. It's definitely not stopping in OP-06 as there would be more cards that would open up the deck to literally more combos.

@Rotomsplap how is purple doing in Asia now with op06 out? i bought all the purple stuff for Pluffy deck and i hope my investment isn't in vain once op06 is out, since i spent almost 200$ for the deck and op05 kid will be expensive as well. So my hope is that i can either play Pluffy in op06 pretty well again or a new purple leader comes out, that can use characters like Queen, 5 and 7 cost Kid or 4 cost Law. I'm just a casual player and don't want to spend 300$ whenever a new set is out 😅

@@Cedric25397 After OP06 got released the deck is suspiciously absent at top tables. But it is still early, so I think we'll know in a month or so.

I ended up selling my Sakazuki deck because every locals I just love playing Enel. The list I ended up on was also quite blocker heavy. I think with Whitebeard becoming popular it may be good in general =]

I want to do Purple Luffy next, the main issue is production time, almost 30 hours goes into these, lol. So I hope I can get both Luffy and Enel done before OP05 releases.

Just hit him where it hurts - the life total. The deck can't counter out of stuff well. If you play Yellow, make sure to keep him at 4 or higher life so you can remove stuff easier.

I plan to do those seperately, that way if the deck changes I can easily showcase a new deck once in a while. Just need to get the "core" guides for Purple Luffy and Enel done first^^

Would you say playing 2 10c Kuzan instead of Kaido is a good idea? I think fitting Sabo in here would be a good option to but not sure who you could take out. Maybe reducing the events to 3. Also with 1 Koby do you see him often? I do like Koby.

The Koby is just a tiny tech card that is like an 5th copy of Lucci to reduce one thing and still have a decently sized body on the board. As far as Kuzan's go, I seen a few decks in South East Asia that do run the card, but they seem to be less combo centric with Rebeccas, Kaidos and Luccis and instead run Sabos, Mihawks to compliment the deck. So going for a 7 to 10 drop-centric list is certainly an option.

That works just fine, I think I seen some “big cost” lists that are heavy on Mihawks and Sabos to help protect the board. I would suggest looking into some top lists over in Japan to find something akin to what you are looking to play^^

It depends on the build, I usually go second right now, but once I get better at the game I might end up refining the go first/go second based on the match up.
