ppl in the west just had enough time to adopt their decks against BB thats it. Teach is very hard to pilot as well. Teach has a rough time against all those aggro decks.

This is similar as to what happened in the east . BB was terrible at the start of OP09 but as top players adopted it the full strength of the deck came out . As a current doffy player ive seen terrible BBs running wild . Ive had the misfortune to play 1 or 2 that were amazing and knew exactly what they were doing for each matchup. Yes the meta is different in the east but not by much . I believe BB will be the top placing deck before op10 once more top players decide to pilot it as their main and spend more time on it

doesn't lose to shanks and only unfavored into pluffy going 2nd, otherwise its 50/50. 100% loses to doffy but also on the other end it beats every other deck in the meta(not fake rogue decks)

I think we’re more aggressive compared to the east. I think we would see the same results if an east Blackbeard player played against a west doffy player.

tbh its more of the suprise of blackbeard in the east. Since it popped off in the east, everyone began understanding how to play against it, so now everyone in the west knows what to do.

Nah effect is done as soon as you take your 2nd turn and from there on looking for the Jesus and establishing on by 4 or 5 don from there you keep looking for 2 more to establish 2-3 as that will make it so that your cards you are trashing to keep them nulled will start working for you if you let lucci use any onplays after the first one you need to do more testing because that aint it

i’m gonna be streaming every day next year for the whole year is my plan but he got burnt out and stopped playing competitive. He took a small break at first and realized he just didn’t enjoy one piece as much so he stepped away from making content since he already had a lot of obligations he needed to focus on. regardless he was amazing in helping build a great community and i’ll continue to push out good content in the future

Its not too late to get into OPTCG, its actually been pretty “new player friendly” lately. with the past sets and st decks its actually pretty cheap to build a competitive deck.

This reminds me of the WoW tcg to Heartstone, LoR was good but imo it wasnt AS good and engaging as it should have been, there was something missing, I hope they find it now. Also let's be honest nowdays the real money and engagement in card games are physical, nothing beats opening cards, if you wanna mix that later with online is great but it need physicial aswell imo

its the most recent topping doffy list, I think the reasoning is, it can be used as an extra 1 drop for law/jozu target as well as cycles you 2 cards in hand when you are bricked, just increasing consistency even more on already the most consistent deck lol.
