RM: This development was not what I expected...Very well, let's shed light on the origin of this world. First up is about the thing that has spread all over the world, magic. M: This is the power that lets me summon my Dolphin, Iruka-san. It's my signature move! RM: I see, can you explain further? M: Hmm, how do I put it...It's like a really amazing power! RM:Can you explain the theory behind it? M:Uhh, it's a "I can do anything!" power! RM: Getting any more info than this is pointless...Oh well, from here I will explain the rest. First off, do you know anything about the magic that has spread throughout the world? M: To be honest I can't explain it very well... RM: Good grief...In 1999 all of the worlds electronics became unstable and had to be shut down. This was called the Dawn of Revival where all Electronics were banned. Due to this, can you guess what became the next source of energy? That's right, it was magic. M: Eh... that happened a long time ago right? RM: Yes, since then many forms of magic became common place, the ability to make fire, the ability to talk to people from long distances, even teleportation magic, like you use. It's like you said, it is a "I can do anything!" power. M: The more I think about it, it really is an amazing power huh? Could it be...? Do I have the power to destroy the world even? RM: No, using magic takes a lot of energy, so that would be impossible. You're stronger than normal, but most normal people have limits to their magic. M: I see, so if everyone was able to use magic, the world must have pretty disorganized right? RM: That's right, because everyone was able to use magic, restrictions had to be put in place. Please remember that part. M: Yes! RM: Hmmph, so how was it? We really shed light on the world huh? M: Yes! It was very easy to understand! RM: Of course, of course. M: But there's one thing I'm still wondering about... RM: What's that? I'm in a really good mood right now so I'll answer anything.
