Tango, I am making my first ever youtube post to say this: You MUST put a cave diving warning sign up at the entrance to the cave dive. Look it up, it is a specific sign that is put up at underwater caves around the world and it would be the perfect finishing touch to that cave dive challenge you added in this episode!

I agree, and a second, identical one in the chest room as an "Aha!" moment if they look in through the bars. Otherwise, I don't think most people will connect the dots between the water pools being the access point. They'll see the chest room one and think, "Where have I seen that before?" but it might be another run or two before they rediscover the one up top.

It Is the item that triggers the TNT, so you can press the button how many times you like, if you dont have a key in the chest it's not going to trigger it. It's already Scar Proof

Suggestion: Tango you should make it so as the TNT is dropping there would be an alarm with a voice saying "Danger, door is breached" or something like that. This makes the door much more exciting to open for the players.

You should make an armor stand skeleton by the treasure barrel, as if someone had gotten to it but couldn't get out, and maybe a sign from them saying "Don't try for this treasure, it be cursed." That way you can draw more attention to it and encourage people to go for it.

I think there shpuld be more light in the drowning tunnel. People are still going to have trouble getting through, but the frustration of literal blindness won't make them give up

Yeah, I do kind of agree. I know it's supposed to be a difficult challenge for a great reward, but it just seems not worth the trouble at all. Unless Tango puts an incredible reward in there, I personally wouldn't bother with trying to get to the end and grab that chest. Maybe a little bit of ambient lighting to atleast light the "proper" path

In your deep dive you should have a few scattered chests that are garunteed to have a very minor reward. That way if the player gets to greedy and grabs the couple of whatever then they'll take extra drowning damage for certain and if they get too greedy.... death

TANGO! I don't know if your boots have depth strider, but double check the water part can be done without them! You were drowning faster, but if you were testing with depth strider, you were also swimming faster. You probably already considered this, but I didn't hear it so just making sure :)

Since you've been using copper as the block to indicate moving from one floor to the next, you should add a layer of copper stairs to the waterlogged stairs near the basalt door.

Tango, for the deep dive, you should randomize some sections with pistons. That way no one knows for sure the way down. That makes it even harder. Otherwise people can memorize the way down and get the loot every time.

So that swim section around 15 minutes in looks like it'll be a lot easier in swim mode, where it looked like Tango was just using crouch to descend because he was getting stuck on the edges of blocks, but I still think it's going to be difficult to not run out of air at all

Tango did you know you are able to make you own tcg card! By building your own tcg arena at the top of your tower you are able to make a tcg card to play in that arena! You could make the frozen emperor, with the ability: Flip two coins, for every head the attacked hermit is frozen, unable to attack, for a turn.

As excited as I am for Decked Out 2, seeing you ride your horse up those stairs in Deep Frost Citadel really makes me wish you'd live in it more! Maybe once the game beneath is complete you can start to focus on making the citadel above into a proper Minecraft mega base 🤓

I think a perfect icing on the cake would be a flickering redstone light next to the chest at the bottom of the deep dive. That way when people go to the lake in the caves of carnage and see a flashing light they'll inspect it, see the barrell and really start thinking. Otherwise it'll probably get overlooked alot, and the dive itself is hard enough that enticing players to go for it will lead to some great drowning moments

The cave dive is awesome! Have you ever heard of Jacob's Well? It's one of the most dangerous caves to explore and has some natural traps like false chimneys where divers can get stuck on the way back up to the surface. There's also a pretty cool warning sign to deter divers. Something similar could be placed at the entrance of this cave but to hint at treasures below.

I've got an idea for the deep dive: In order to keep it interesting and dangerous for players, you could add some piston magic, to be able to have switching holes to get through. One run it might be the hole up there, the other is the bottom hole. Maybe on run three it's the left one they have to get through. That way they might memorize most of the deep dive, but it's still some trial and error on the holes. Even with just two holes that switch positions you can easily keep the risk at a similar level to their first deep dive.

Great idea to switch out the opening to level 4 for a blasted floor. Genius. Small thing, I think you can use waterloged stairs for infinite water source. I used the idea Impulse used from his hardcore world. 3 stairs, each water logged and as long as you click the middle stair, its infinite.

You should have emerald near the entrance so they can notice it from the top floor of level 3. Also the tnt and basalt floor would be a really good hazard/trap area for level 4

The way you have other hermits helping on decked out feels a lot like when there plumbers, electricians and the dry wall guys on the same job at the same time. "Yeah just cover up over the wiring here and you'll have to work around those pipes"

Decked Out reminds me of a gargantuan electromechanical game. [Electro-mechanical games are types of arcade games that operate on a combination of some electronic circuitry and mechanical actions from the player to move items contained within the game's cabinet. They pre-date microcontrollers and use discrete logic and mechanical systems to perform operations and keep score. ]
