Me and the homies appreciate them for giving all stages for split screen, great for the offline bros (it shoulda been like this since day 1 tho). I come in here and have said this many a time. Although it takes ki when you wanna get close to your opponent there is a tech where you hold up or down and dragon dash, after almost any knockaway including super counter, and right as you get close to your opponent you can press the dash button again to go into a dash attack, charge it or whatever but if your practice enough you can actully rush combo off of it and if your chachter has a flying kicks combo extender and step in like beerus then you can get some pretty good combo damage....if they dont super counter or vanish the first hit. Yeah you can still vanish the first hit since it's a dash attack combo starter Edit: im gonna be honest sometimes it feels cheep. But against fake z ranks I feel like a baddass when I can get it off

I've been playing mostly singles after the hp glitch was found. I still run most my DP battles with my og crew of Vegeta, Goku & Broly all from DBSuper. So the hp glitch is definately in my favor, but i refuse to change/transform in last 60 sec and I've lost some matches because of it.

edit: sorry, I was wrong, please discard the comment, I did more tests and it is definitely the total health percentage of the team😓 I would like to make something clear, the condition of winning is by damage, I can assure you of this, and if you don't believe me, try the following yourself: play with a friend or the CPU and choose only 1 character and the other team chooses 5 characters, if your only character doesn't receive damage, but you do damage to the team of 5 characters (even if it's only 1 hit) you will win what happens is that with the 60 second glitch the damage generated to that character is reset to 0, it's like not having done any damage you can check this yourself, I know it's confusing because of the glitch, but it's not by health percentage when they fix the health glitch, the only thing that will matter is how much damage you do to your opponent again, if you don't believe me, try it yourself, do damage with only 1 character and don't do the health glitch

I’ve tested it against the CPU as well and have done more damage to the CPU than they did to me and the CPU won. So regardless we can’t really speak definitively on what the win con is. Would need someone from the dev team to actually say something 😒

i get where you are coming from but that's a but nonsensical, if you didn't receive damage and they took 1 damage that means your team has 100% hp and theirs has 99.9% hp that doesn't prove your point on it,it just points towards total team health percentage being the win condition. rather than total raw hp or raw damage value

My opponent switched in his only two characters the final minute so I assume the game took it as I barely touched those two although they were red health before the final minute. So I am almost certain it’s based on the percentage of health so if one character is 97 percent the last minute and you have 3-4 characters in red/yellow you will lose for sure.

I think I could get myself to just adjust to the new shit, It's not the first time I've basically had to re-learn a game after a major patch, Even if Getting Zoned puts me in a baby rage, but holy shit man, The Health Glitch has made DP Battles unplayable to me. It's hard to avoid doing it accidentally if you're just playing normally, and people abusing it drives me up the wall. And they didn't do a single thing about rage quiting either.

High speed dragon dash should be as fast as burst dash but just land you in front of the enemy. If you want to dash behind the lab spend the two Ku bars for that. That would fix a lot of issues

Its also not entirely health% based. I think its dmg received based which is indicated by health but the bug also negates that. I tried health based offline and nope it didnt work. When 2 characters had same health but one got dmg and regenerated via switching the other one (who did the dmg) still won eventho they had the same health. I saw ur expieriment on stream where u used the bug to regen and the results where different than i expected when i said its dmg based which makes me think now its dmg received. Maybe when the bug triggers it doesnt really "heal" you but it resets your dmg received what makes ur health full. That would explain our different resaults. Either that or the offline condition is different or both health and dmg are a factor with different weight to it.

Something I thought would work was using a high DP damage character so I have been playing DP battles with DBS Goku and Vegeta so I confusion into Vegito and it's helped me when two DP battles so far as that's only the amount of time I got to test it out today. I technically won three others but they rage quit on me. Vegito Blue is so OP with the ki charge and damage output.

@@philip5376 I’ve played a ton of games this update and I can tell you from personal experience it’s absolutely not damage based. You will lose no matter how much damage you do if the other player doesn’t have a downed character. I’m in Z rank and basically every Z ranker right now is using 5 man teams and just waiting until 60 seconds to switch and gain full health. It’s still health/Character based. It never changed from the update.

Yo guys if you playing singles right now try out Super Perfect Cell. Fast side step amazing combo chain has wild sense and Frieza style Ki blasts. Two bar beam súper that’s chainable with hard knockdown. Cell is amazing. If UI Goku wasn’t a thing he would be the S tier choice

It seems to be percentage based. Ex: Team 1 has 50k total health and is at 25k at the end. Team 2 has 100k total health and has 60k remaining at the end. Team 1 will lose because they lost 50% of their health vs team 2 who lost 40%. The reverse also applies, obviously. A team of 1 with 100% of their health remaining will win against a team of 5 with 99% of their total health remaining. This can make it appear to be damaged based.

"I don't like high dp characters" when people NEVER use high dp characters, I think its becuz if you lose, you wont have many excuses for why...besides the fact that your choice of cheese is low dp characters with 4 health bars like Nappa & Recoome, on top of always having 5 members on your team, so going against a team with 3 members, you already have a 6 to 8 health bar lead, & thats befor the first punch is even thrown 🤔Or have u been waiting 20yrs to play Recoome becuz he's your favorite🤔

I like every DBZ character. You’re telling me you ONLY play your favorite character? Lol, I’ve beaten many people who use high DP characters. If you call low DP characters cheese, then I don’t know what to tell you. Feel free to play singles where high DP characters run rampant and use a low DP character against them like I do in my most recent upload or watch my videos beforehand where high DP characters are now meta and I still win. If you’re running a 10DP there’s no excuse to why you can’t down low DP characters lmao.
