Beautiful and sad... The alarm clock with the bells on top is so beautiful and still ticking! HOW? Those types have to be wound everyday! ⏱️ Another great and wonderful explore 😊

As others have said I think that they were getting ready for an estate sale. It's a lovely house, filled with lovely things. The tea set next to the old irons is just gorgeous. It makes me think that when I die all that I have collected and saved all my life will end up like this. My daughter will take what she wants and the rest will be sold in an estate sale. You both are too young to think like this now but at 59 I do think of such things. Thank you again for your thoughtful and respectful explore.

The Belgians must be very honest - absolutely no vandalism and no theft - amazing. The instrument looks like a zither or similar. I'm sure everything is out on the tables for a reason - house sale or something. As to the electricity being free in Belgium I'm amazed!! We would never get it free here!!! BUT, we do have Lidl!! Gill 🇬🇧

That instrument you found is zither, "a musical instrument consisting of a flat wooden sound box with numerous strings stretched across it, placed horizontally and played with the fingers and a plectrum. It is used especially in central European folk music." Great videos, love it!

I have a collection of Art Nouveau busts as well. Also I have 2 silver pheasants ( birds ) like the ones you show next to the large bust. I can appreciate all the art and antiques as I too have many pieces of art and antiques. I attended art high school and art college. Beautiful items you show here. I would LOVE to own some of those statues. Gorgeous one of a lady with her dogs upstairs on a dresser.

Hi Maureno and Remon, This was a very interesting explore, you could do in this abandoned house of a Belgian couple. The set up with all the stuff, that was placed on the table in the living room, reminded me a bit of a house sale, when an official liquidator is organising the sale of the inventory of a house, where the inhabitants have passed away. - When you were focussing on some of the statues, I saw several very beautiful examples from the art deco or even art nouveau period. - When have you actually been in this house? - Great explore, dear friends! I hope to see you once again, and so I wish you a lot more safe explores. Take care, peace and lots of blessings. - Kindest regards.

You put the art canvas on the easel to paint. Looks like the family got what they wanted or is not done yet and they are getting ready for an estate sale. Notice everything in order by category, in the states we call that a dulcimer in the south not a mandolin. Lots of antiques. Nice explore. Thank You. When an estate is not in agreement means there is no will and it goes in probate for a judge to decide the fate of the estate.
@debmorris96484 жыл бұрын
it looks like everything was pulled out for a estate sale that never happened so the estate must be in dispute which is sad so many beautiful things except for the animal pelt with those eyes!! with the windup clock ticking that somebody had to have been there in less than a couple of days, those mouse droppings but then it is so sad and I thank you for the tour....

It looks like this couple had a very meaningful life. All the things that interested them are all the clues that we need. The odd shaped light cover in the main room was so different and beautiful. Hello again Maureno and Remon, always great to see 'the team' together on an explore... Beautiful home with amazing contents, captured on video in an excellent manor, as usual. I am sad that you didn't see the wall calendar to the left of the door you entered by, or didn't read the expiration date on what was in the freezer to get an idea of how long it may have been empty. Not a criticism... With so many details to focus on, I bet you see these things as you are editing later on. Again, another beautiful job by the both of you!! Thanks for always being entertaining and educational!! Best wishes on your future exploring and everything else you do.

What a fantastic home! The Belgian government are very good to their people providing some water and electricity to everyone for free. Why did I find it sad hearing the alarm clock ticking away in this abandoned house waiting for someone to return. The freezer is still on, yes that is chilling excuse the pun! Why did they have a fence across the stairs I wonder, to keep a dog or children from going up there? That's the second dead animal you've found on a bed! Thanks, guys xxx

I was thrilled to see "This place is saved again" so I won't comment on the greed that can rear it's ugly head when it comes to inheritance. Whether you're taking us with you on an explore in a French Chateau, a grand Mansion or a regular home filled with not only memories, but their personal treasures, you make it a very enjoyable experience. Whereas some KZbinrs rush through a demonstration or some such thing, you take your time and the end product is always a gem. It's like watching a short story or a program on a documentary channel. Job well done! Whew, not phew this time when it came to the fridge and freezers! 😂 Thanks Maureno and Remon again.
