Our journey in Spain is slowly coming to an end. Today we visit a desolate family house that is oddly enough located in the middle of a big city but has still remained completely untouched. That's a trinity that is rare to encounter. The house was lived in for many years by a famous radio host, who gained his fame for his great journalistic vocation, obtaining several recognized awards. This information is reflected in numerous documents and photos of the time that were found in the rooms. His wife was a music teacher, and the following family generations also obtained prestige and good positions. Looking at some more recent items that contrasted with the rest, it is deduced that the last person to live in the house was not a long time ago, a little over ten years ago, but it is noted that he only used a small part of the house. The whole house is loaded with luxurious furniture from that period, in which the passage of time is noticeably visible, affecting many areas of the house. The musty smell was extremely strong and mold on the fabrics and wood was everywhere. The house remained in the family, yet there is not a single heir who is willing to maintain it. Today we venture our way inside and show you what's left behind after 15 years.

Yes, propping a patient up at a 45 degree angle helps in keeping their air way clear & helps prevent choking on their own phelgm. COPD is very common in some aging people; heavy smokers & people that worked in coal/grain production/dusty & chicken farms suffer from COPD.

I think the bed was on blocks to sleep in a slightly inclined position. I had to after shoulder surgery for 6 weeks, my mom had to for breathing reasons. I enjoyed the revisit.

Gratamente sorprendida por esta nueva exploración en España, esta mansión que a pesar del abandono sigue siendo hermosa y se puede apreciar el amor que José y María Luisa, le dedicaron en cada uno de los detalles. Mi habitación favorita, la sala del piano, porque conserva los recuerdos familiares y está exquisitamente decorada. Las pinturas son de dos Santos Católicos, Andrés y Felipe. Quiero destacar objetos del segundo piso, la lámpara azul, increíble, la escultura de porcelana de una bailarina flamenca y el dormitorio con la cama tallada y todos los muebles que forman un conjunto increíble. Muchas gracias nuevamente chicos, los felicito y admiro sinceramente el trabajo que realizan. Saludos desde Chile. 😘🙋✌️

Absolutely fabulous!!! The most gorgeous, beautiful home!!! Loved all of the priceless wooden furniture!!! The beds, bed side tables, vanities, wardrobes; China cabinet’s... they are all invaluable!!! It breaks my heart that none of the family has come back to save any of these fantastic items!!! The family pictures cannot be replaced!!! The banister, staircase was breathtaking!!! I sooo wish that these items could have been saved & restored!!!😞 Thank you Maureno & Remon for sharing this awesome property with us!!!! I loved it ❤️

The bed was probably slanted on the blocks for someone who had digestive acid reflux problems. It prevents you from having gerd attacks in the middle of the night. I have my bed elevated for that reason.

It's nice to know you are so respectful of the previous occupants property. I often wonder if family members of these abandoned homes ever see these videos and go back to restore or claim what's left. It's just sad and disheartening to know they've been abandoned, when so much love clearly once resided there.

Hello there, Maureno and Remon, dear friends from winning team Explomo, This was once more such an interesting explore in this mansion somewhere in a Spanish town. - I loved following you in mind through these partially very decayed rooms. But - even despite all the decay there were still many beautiful details visible, like very antique and elegant furniture, paintings on the wall and lots of smaller - sometimes very personal - items. - The photo portraits were showing proud and handsome looking people, who were probably very well aware about their position in life. But also the many more recent photos were on the other hand quite touching to see, because there I had the impression seeing a moment of a human life frozen in a specific and sometimes very important or happy situation in their lives. - I also loved your very respectful approach to the interior of this beautiful location. - Great explore, dear friends! - I am already looking forward to your next Urbex adventures. Ah, another wonderful explore! I just loved your Spain Series! The house must have been very beautiful once and appears to be much loved. You wanted to know why the one bed had blocks under the feet at the head. Doctors here (US) recommend raising the head of the bed if you suffer from a hiatal hernia or have GERD or severe heartburn. Thanlk you again for the beautiful tour of the house and all the spectacular decay. It just amazes me how stunning decay can be. Take care you two!

Yes and the other is St. Phillip. They are very well painted. These came out of an old catholic church, a very grand one. They would have hung in the church, all twelve apostles, in their gilt frames, for the parishioners to contemplate. We have similar ones in my hometown church.

I believe the painting is of St Peter, the name at the bottom is the artist who painted it. Such a shame the children had no interest in the home. Thank you for the video, enjoyed it! The reason they put the bed up on blocks is because doctor's tell their patients to elevate their heads if they have a hiatel hernia or acid reflux.

Hello guys! First before I forget..... the music coming from the streets was faint and I think really added to the effect of the explore! I loved it! Another AMAZING explore guys!! Of course the vandals make it sad always 🥺 but we can see through it all that this home was AMAZING!!! I don’t understand the amount of black mold and decay. Is part of it from the weather and moist air there in Spain? Some of it to me was almost shocking. That part I worry for your safety ... but I know your aware and don’t stay to long in those areas!!!
