Unfortunately, unless you're rich enough to become an accredited investor you can't take part in financings and get a warrant with your shares. The SEC says it's for your own protection (yet you are allowed to buy shares without a warrant as if that makes it safer). The reality is, we live in an oligarchy where the government only protects the interests of the wealthy. And yes, warrants ARE dilutive to existing shareholders.

It’s funny..I sent Rick a list of good speculation companies within the last year, (I did a lot of research) he ranked them very low. Now I guess he’s secured a position. Good thing I went ahead and bought anyway. Kinda was common sense.
