Nice review! I was there yesterday, too bad I didn't see you and didn't have a chane to say the stereotypical "Hi, I love your KZbin channel". This was my 4th or 5th time at the NYC AES. It was noticeably smaller than before the pandemic but it's very nice to see it is managing a gradual comeback For me the highlight event every time I've attended it has been the MWTM presentations by Chris Lord-Alge. The level of enthusiasm he projects is simply amazing. This year the presentation by Michael Brauer was very good too. Walking through the exhibits is also always great (except for my wallet, as I always find something expensive that I didn't know I needed). It's also a lot of fun recognizing familiar faces and names. It would be great if you (Warren Huart) and Marc Daniel Nelson get invited to present in upcoming years!

Never, sounds like a lot of fun. I did visit a few hifi shows, but none of them that huge. But those are also, always fun, and amazing presentations.

I have used Merging for just a couple years now and love it. I remember the first day we moved our ADA from Apollo and RedNet plus Dangerous Music (all great gear) to Merging, and it was so dimensional and transparent. It was like moving to audiophile grade gear for the first time. I was really surprised.

wow that was great took me back,I went to aes NY every other year from 1987 til 2000.I met so many awesome people, everyone was so down to earth and willing to talk ,where else can you talk to the actual engineers who make the equipment you use.

Sorry. Not the biggest. I've been going each and every time. I was there Thursday all day. It's been downsized. Some major players were not there. It could be because of the damndemic...but in the past, you'd need 2 days to get through everything. this time around, 1/2 a day at AES was sufficient unfortunately.
