Ooooooowooo...That was a lovely flow, I felt so graceful. Closed my eyes through the mojority of the class and it felt wonderful.

I have an extremely stressful job and take on the weight of the world. I practice yoga to release tension and create joy. I find many times in practices unable to hold positions or needing to tweak and pop and feeling bad or weak about it. This practice brought me back to my dancing days and creative movement (my favorite) because it truly makes my body feel better. Thank you! I would love more practices like this.

I'm nowhere near being able to do this, as I'm a beginner...but watching you do this was a beautiful experience. I look forward to the day that I can move through this with ease and beauty. ❤

Sue Penn you’ll get there more quickly than you think. Just keep coming back to your practice every day. ❤️

that was incredible, i felt empowered by own inner voice, i put some strength moves in, i disregarded some of the moves, it was great, i flowed, i moved, i listened. me.

I’m doing 30-minute flows on my lunch breaks while working from home. This was an excellent respite to break up the day and recharge. Loved it!

Beautiful flow - I enjoyed this so much and will definitely be following this video again. Loved the backdrop as well, it's so stunning with the simplicity of the white but the lush greenery! My only critique is that the final bit was not vocally instructed and so I had to keep looking over to see what the instructor was doing, which made me crane my neck in uncomfortable ways. You can't expect people to have it memorized already, so I really need it to be vocalized.
