Good to see Mr. Mike Fitz back to Katmai, didn't expect he will be so early for sessions...... these play by play, live sessions are cherry on the top. Rangers, naturalist like Mr.Fitz sure are authentic source of knowledge to so many unknown things. Great stuff !

Interesting that Bucky and Gully were both singled out for creating new ways to get food because I honestly think they're brothers from the same litter. I think Bucky is actually Grazer's Walnut. Walnut had that upturned snout and a bit of a strange muzzle if you study the pictures. Anyway, I'm pretty interested to see if he'll fish under the fall without Grazer right above him on the lip being protective because she has cubs. This year the big boys might not be so patient with him. Hopefully he built up some of his own cred in the last 2 years.
