I was a kid in St Louis when that mall was still open. During Christmas break my older bro and myself drove by and decided to check it out. Pretty crazy and eerie at the same time remembering it full of life and then seeing it like it is now.

This was once a great mall.. I went there probably starting in the mid 70's to the 90's...a lot in the 80's with my parents. The mall was very different in the early 80's... no stupid food court, a different theater, smaller...but way better, had a great arcade. The mall changed drastically about 1990... gangs of thugs turned it into their hang out and started scaring all the humans away... it was all down hill from there. I watched the mall die... and people can spew all the PC they want but everyone in the area knows what killed this mall and all the others.
