I hope that they are able to restore it, it would make a beautiful performing arts concert hall for a ballet or opera company, or a symphony orchestra… it would be awesome to hear Bach‘s Toccata and Fugue on that pipe organ, provided it’s restorable… a Steinway or Bosendörfer Concert Grand would look amazing on that stage!!! It would be a beautiful theater for annual performances of The Nutcracker or Swan Lake…

I been in there a few times. first time was 1985. My mom and Grand mother worked there in the 1960s/70s. It was closed in the 70s. Before they closed, they were playing adult films. I just recently heard it might be demoed soon.

Sorry to criticise but I have seen a few visits to these and nobody explores the stage area of the first theatre or checks out the organ chambers in the splay walls, there is so much to see that folk don`t bother with.

We explored the stage, but I didn’t include it in the video because it was sketchy and uninteresting (in my opinion).
